Other committees and commissions are Revenue Resources and Economic, Code, Crime, Interstate Cooperation, Coal and Energy, and the Chesapeake Bay Legislative Advisory Commissions as well as the Fuel Conversion Authority, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Council of State Governments, the Southern Legislative Conference, the Academy for Contemporary Problems, and the State Democratic caucus. Topics of interest include abortion, branch banking, the budget, E.R.A., medical malpractice, public safety, sales tax, University of Virginia, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, the Virginia Retirement System, and his 1979 Virginia Senate race. The collection also includes one audio cassette containing campaign statements by Jim Dulaney and Conoly Phillips.
